My name is Nicholas Goumas and I have been in the world of gastronomy professionally since 2010.My story began as a typical Greek one…I wanted to make my parents proud, so I studied Financial Accounting and even decided to go beyond and get my Bachelor Degree in England. The only problem was while I was trying to make my parents proud all that made me happy was the aromas and tastes that came from the kitchen. I had soon discovered that my passion was creating and experimenting new flavours in the kitchen.
