The two newly built (2021 construction) villas with comfortable, bright and luxuriously spaces, that can host families or groups of up to six (6) people, every season of the year.
The scenery is completed with the large and carefully designed private space for each villa, with a pool of 26 sq.m. and an unobstructed view to the east and the ‘Prigiponisia’ Islands.
The close distance to the turbulent Nidri, perfectly balances the tranquility of the location, making the villas an ideal holiday option.

Elly villa main house we have an open plan kitchen and living room with wide sets of sliding glass doors opening connecting the swimming pool area and the breathtaking Sea views. On this level we have our first bedroom with adjacent shower room and WC.
Going up to the first floors by stairwell you get a master bedroom with adjacent shower room WC as well as large windows offering sensational sea views of Lefkadas charm.

Outside
Modern tiling covers the surrounding of the swimming pool area were a pool bar and BBQ area will give you the opportunity to relax with your friends and family over the outside dining area overlooking the Ionian Sea.
